Making the decision to consider therapy can be a scary step, but if you're here, there's something painful enough to motivate you to explore the possibility.
If you are a survivor who is struggling with trauma, I invite you to consider reaching out to me. I specialize in treating trauma survivors, whether that trauma was a natural disaster, an assault, medical trauma, religious/spiritual trauma, a dysfunctional family, growing up in poverty, or being part of a marginalized or oppressed community.

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor, EMDRIA certified EMDR clinician, and DBR practitioner who is committed to helping those who come to me learn how to manage things that seem overwhelming, heal from their trauma, and step into their power to shape a life that is meaningful and fulfilling.
​I offer services via telehealth and in person in two locations, Mentor and Shaker.
